CHAT RULES

Since it's difficult for our DeathNoteGuests to put up with so many chat guests at once, I am giving them the privilege to kick, demote, or ban anyone who annoys them repeatedly. Annoying a DeathNoteGuest means doing anything to them that may interfere with them comfortably doing their job in the chat. Please be courteous to them. :3 Thank you doods!

Only the groups "GodsOfTheNewWorld, DeathNoteGuests, and Idols" may speak in all bold. This keeps it simple for people to see what the characters, celebrities, and mod is saying when we have a busy crowd. :3

No linking to outside chatrooms (excluding DNIRP) under ANY circumstances.

No spamming. This includes typing repeatedly in all caps, overuse of stretching (typing the same letter in a word too long), repeating the same word or icon to an annoying extent, and overuse of icons or links in general. Pretty much anything obnoxious. lol

Role playing is allowed in DNIRP only. While you don't have to chat, you must be logged into DNI while using DNIRP. This is so that you can see anything important the moderators might announce to you. Enjoy playing!

BREAKING THE RULES

If you break the rules or are basically obnoxious to our guests, you will get several warnings.

Warning #1) Your first warning will be a kick. These boot you out of the room but you can come back in later.

Warning #2) Second warnings are a temporary demotion to the silenced group, "KiraFollowers." You can still watch the chat but can't talk while in this group. After a period of time, you will be promoted back to your original group. Depending on the severity of the behavior, you may also risk a demotion from the group category you are in to a lower category.

Warning #3) Third warnings come in the form of a permanent banning. You won't be able to come back to DNI ever again after that point. If your behavior is extreme, you could wind up skipping all the warnings and be banned immediately, so don't test your luck.
